RRE
RRE vs. Suparev

Same problem. Two different bets on how to solve it.

Suparev and Revenue Recovery Engine both start from the same truth: your dormant list is the cheapest pipeline you own. Suparev works that one job and charges on results. RRE covers the whole leak surface — reactivation, 24/7 call answering, and speed-to-lead — for one flat fee. Here’s the honest version of the choice.

The honest questions

What does Suparev actually do?
Per their own site (September 2026), Suparev is a lead-reactivation platform for home-service businesses: you connect your data, their AI analyzes each dormant lead and drafts personalized campaigns you review and approve, and you pay on performance — when dormant leads convert — rather than a monthly fee. It integrates with Jobber. It is a real product attacking the same problem we do, and if that model fits you, it is a credible choice.
So why choose RRE over pay-per-result?
Because reactivation is one of three leaks. A shop that only wants its dormant list worked, with no fixed cost, has a genuine case for a performance model. But the same shop is usually also missing inbound calls — only 61% of callers reach a live person, and typical contractors book about 42–46% of inbound calls — and losing web leads to slow follow-up. RRE covers all three for one flat fee: the reactivation campaigns, a 24/7 AI voice agent that books jobs, missed-call text-back, and speed-to-lead. If a single reactivated job covers the month, everything the answering and speed-to-lead side books is on top.
Isn’t pay-per-result always cheaper?
Not always — it depends on your volume and ticket size. Performance pricing means your cost scales with every job the campaign books, indefinitely; a flat fee means the marginal cost of the tenth booked job is zero. High-ticket trades with meaningful list sizes tend to come out ahead on flat pricing; very small or very cold lists may prefer performance pricing’s zero-downside start. Run your own numbers — that’s what our ROI calculator and the 14-day free trial are for. We’d rather you pick the right model than our model.
Do both handle compliance?
We can only speak in detail for ourselves: RRE messages only prior-relationship contacts, enforces quiet hours in the recipient’s local time, honors opt-out instantly and permanently in any reasonable wording, and logs every send with its consent basis. Suparev’s review-and-approve flow (per their site) is a good sign of a considered approach — ask any vendor, us included, to walk you through their carrier registration, quiet-hours enforcement, and opt-out audit trail before you upload a list.
