Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.

Our position

Revenue Recovery Engine does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Revenue Recovery Engine does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA.

How we use vendor services

We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe for payments, Twilio for telephony, Synthflow for voice AI, Supabase for storage) to operate the Service. These vendors are bound by contract to use data only to provide their services to us, not for their own commercial purposes. A current list is available at /subprocessors.

Exercise your rights

If you are a California resident and would like to exercise any CCPA/CPRA right (right to know, delete, correct, limit, or opt-out of sale/sharing), or if you have questions about how we handle your personal information, contact us at privacy@smartflow.tools.
