Revenue Recovery Engine is committed to making our website and dashboard accessible to people of all abilities. We believe access to information and tools is a fundamental right.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design, build, and review our public website and customer dashboard with this target in mind.

Current state

We test our pages with automated tools and conduct manual keyboard-navigation reviews on every significant release. We know we’re not perfect. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.

Report a barrier

If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of our website or service, please email accessibility@smartflow.tools with:

• The URL of the page where the issue occurred
• A description of the issue and what you expected
• The assistive technology, browser, and OS you were using

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a remediation plan within 30 days.

Third-party content

Some of our integrations (Stripe Checkout, Google Calendar OAuth, etc.) are hosted by third parties and are subject to those parties’ own accessibility practices. We’ll do our best to help if you encounter an issue with a third-party flow.
